Where is MyHealthCares located?

MyHealthCares is located in Breda, The Netherlands.

Do you work with certified and regulated doctors?

Yes, when you request a treatment throughout our platform an EMC or GMC regulated and certified doctor will review your treatment request. You can find an overview of doctors with their registrations here.

Is my medical information confidential?

Yes your medical information data is completely confidential. The doctor of your preference is the only person who is allowed to view your medical data to review your treatment request.

What happens to my medical data?

Your data is stored safely on our EEA servers. If you want to read in detail about our privacy policy you can find it here.

Treatment request


What kind of medical treatments can you facilitate?

We can facilitate treatments concerning lifestyle related and mild chronic conditions. You can find an overview of our treatments here.

Are the treatments and medications which you can facilitate genuine?

Yes, after your treatment request has been approved by the  doctor it will be sent to a regulated and certified pharmacy who will dispense the medication to you. You can find an overview of these pharmacies here.

How can I request a treatment?

Find the preferred treatment on MyHealthCares by using the main menu, treatment or health conditions overview pages. On the treatment detail page you can click on ‘request’ and your request will be processed in three simple steps:

  1. filling in a medical questionnaire
  2. register in our Healthcare centre or login with your existing credentials and make a payment
  3. after doctor approval your treatment will be sent to you within 24 hours using Express Delivery or 3-5 working days using standard delivery.

Why do I have to fill in a medical questionnaire?

Your health matters to us. So before the doctor can review your treatment request he/she has to know more about your medical condition. You can fill in the medical questionnaire online and it will be sent to the doctor discreetly and safely. The doctor will review your medical condition and he/she decides if it is responsible to approve your treatment request.

What does the online doctor’s consult contain?

The online doctor’s consult consists of the review of your treatment request related to your medical condition. If the doctor has any additional questions you will be contacted directly. If the doctor approves your treatment request an online prescription will be generated and sent to the pharmacy of your preference which will dispense your treatment.
 

Registration / Personal account


Why do I have to register in your Healthcare Centre?

By registering in our Healthcare Centre we can keep your personal data secure in your own personal account. You can find your personal and medical information in your personal account as well as your treatment request history.

Why do I have to choose a password?

We need a password so you can safely register in our Healthcare Centre. We keep your personal data secure in your own personal account. You can find your personal and medical information in your account as well as your treatment request history .

I want to delete my registration how can I do that?

You can delete your registration / personal account by sending an email to our Customer Service: customercare@myhealthcares.eu 
 

Payment and delivery


Which payment methods do you support?

We accept all local payment methods and major credit cards including American Express, Visa and Mastercard.

Why do I have to pay the total amount of my treatment request in advance?

MyHealthCares wants to make the treatment request process as easy as possible for you. That’s why we charge you only once for the total amount in advance. If the doctor disapproves your treatment request we will refund you the total amount automatically excluding the doctor’s online consult.

What is included in the treatment price?

On behalf of the doctor we charge you the doctor's online consult. On behalf of the pharmacy we charge you the treatment cost and shipping costs. Prices also contain our platform costs and VAT.

Are my payments details safe?

Yes, when you request a treatment throughout our platform your payment will be processed by our payment provider MultisafePay. MyHealthCares does not have any access to your card details at any point. These are exclusively handled by Multisafepay and kept safe.

What are your delivery times?

Express delivery within 24 hrs after doctor’s approval. Additional express delivery costs will be charged.
Standard delivery 3-5 working days. No additional costs are charged.

Where do you deliver?

We deliver in the EER countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Great Britain, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxemburg, Malta, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovenia, Slovakia, Spain and Sweden. 

Can I have a different billing and shipping address?

Yes, you can have a different billing and shipping address. You can set and edit your preferences in your personal account.
 

Complaints


I would like to file a complaint, how can I do this?

If you are for any reason not satisfied with the service of MyHealthCares you can file a complaint by contacting our Customer Service. We will response to your complaint within one working day. Our Customer Service is available Monday to Friday between 08:00 and 16:00 (GMT) / 09.00 and 17.00 (CET) and can be reached by phone: +31 85 2250109 or by e-mail customercare@myhealthcares.eu
